What we receive

Nothing. We have no accounts or servers for this app, and nothing from your documents is sent to us.

What stays on your device

• Your business details, logo and signature, your customers and products, and every document with its lines are stored on this device.
• Recipient names and signatures collected on delivery are stored with the document on this device and appear only in the PDFs you share.
• Your settings are stored on this device.

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded to us.

Permissions the app may ask for

• Camera: Optional. Asked only when you open the barcode scanner, to read product barcodes. Images are processed on your device and not stored.
• Photos: No permission is needed: the system photo picker hands over only the logo image you choose.
• Notifications: Optional and off by default. Asked only when you turn notifications on in Settings. Reminders are scheduled on your device.

Every permission is optional and can be changed later in the iPhone Settings app. Features that need a permission you decline simply stay unavailable.

Data that leaves your device

The app talks to the following services. Each receives only what is listed, and only for the purpose shown.

• RevenueCat (subscription management): Used to handle your subscription: an anonymous user ID, purchase and subscription status, and basic device and app information. Nothing from your documents is sent. Their privacy policy.

Sensitive information

Customer contact details, tax numbers, recipient names and signatures are entered by you and never leave your device unless you share a PDF or a backup file yourself.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID, card or payment details. The app checks your subscription status through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID and your purchase status, not your identity.

Ads, tracking and analytics

No ads, no tracking across apps or websites, and no data is sold. The app contains no analytics SDK and no AI features.

Children

Waybill: Delivery Note Maker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Settings > Delete all data removes everything the app stored on this device, including documents, signatures and settings. Backup files are saved only where you choose. Deleting the app also removes all of its data from this device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it. For anything else, or for data held by a service listed above, email [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date below before the change ships.
