What it does

Four document types

Delivery notes, packing slips, dispatch notes and return notes, each with its own numbering series. A number is used only when a document is saved, so abandoned drafts never leave gaps.

Customers and products

Save the businesses you ship to and the items you send often. Add a saved product in a tap, scan its barcode, or type a free line.

Signed on delivery

Hand the phone to the recipient: they type their name and sign on the screen. The signature goes into the PDF and the document is marked as delivered.

Three PDF layouts

A Türkiye delivery note layout, an international packing slip with prices hidden, and a minimal layout. A4 or Letter, long lists over several pages, Arabic and Hebrew right to left.

Prices when you want them

Unit prices, discounts and tax on a delivery note, or no prices on a packing slip that travels in the box. Totals are calculated line by line in the document currency.

Invoice tracking

See which delivery notes are not invoiced yet and link several of them to one invoice number at once. Waybill does not create invoices.

Backup and import

Save everything, logo and signatures included, to one file and restore it on a new iPhone. Import customers and products from CSV.

Free and premium. Free: 3 documents per calendar month, unlimited customers and products, all three PDF layouts, sharing, printing and delivery signatures, with no watermark. Waybill Pro is an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription with a free trial (3 days on weekly and monthly, 7 days on yearly) and adds unlimited documents, barcode scanning, CSV import, exporting a month of PDFs at once, a custom template style, invoice tracking and backup and restore.
