Vaxcard keeps every vaccination for everyone in your family in one place: vaccine, date, dose, clinic and lot number. It reminds you before the next dose and shares a clean PDF card when a school, employer or embassy asks. Everything stays on your device, with no account.
What it does
Everyone in one place
A card for each family member: a child, your partner, a parent or yourself. Each record keeps the vaccine, date, dose number, clinic, who gave it, lot number, manufacturer and injection site.
Combination vaccines understood
A 6-in-1 dose counts for each disease it covers, so you can see at a glance what is recorded and what is not.
Official reference schedules
National childhood and adult schedules for the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and Türkiye, each with its official source and link. Vaxcard suggests the next dose only from the schedule you choose, and a date you set yourself is never overwritten.
Reminders before the next dose
Reminders 30 days and 7 days ahead and on the day, plus a gentle weekly reminder if a date has passed. Notifications stay off until you turn them on, and you can hide names and vaccines on the Lock Screen.
Documents kept safe
Take a photo of the paper card or add certificates and medical reports as PDFs or images, open them full screen, and get a reminder before a certificate expires.
PDF vaccine card
Share a clean card for one person or the whole family with schools, employers or visa offices. It is a personal record, not an official certificate.
Ready for travel
Plan a trip, mark the vaccines an official source lists for your destination, and see who in the family has them recorded, with certificate checks before you go.
Private by design
No account and no cloud. Lock the app with Face ID, and widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen show what is coming up next.
