How do I add a medicine?
Tap the plus button on the home screen and choose Add medicine. Enter the name, dose, unit and how often it is given, then pick the times. The doses appear on the home screen on the days they are due.
How do I mark a dose as given?
Tap the circle next to the dose on the home screen. Tap again to undo. Touch and hold a dose to skip it or, with Premium, to note who gave it.
What happens to a dose I forgot to mark?
During the day it shows as late. After midnight it is recorded as missed. You can still change it later from the medicine's history.
Why don't I get reminders?
Notifications are off until you turn them on. Open Settings > Notifications, switch them on and allow notifications when iOS asks. If you declined earlier, turn them on for Vetrail in the iOS Settings app.
Where does the next vaccine date come from?
Vetrail suggests it from the usual interval for that vaccine. Schedules differ by country, so you can change the date on any vaccine or adjust the intervals in Settings > Vaccine intervals.
How do I share the vaccination record?
Open your pet's profile, go to Vaccines and tap Share vaccination record (PDF). This is part of Vetrail Premium.
Can I track more than one pet?
The free version includes one pet. Vetrail Premium adds unlimited pets, each with its own profile, color and schedule.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
There is no iCloud sync. With Vetrail Premium, export a backup file in Settings > Export data and import it on the new device.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel Vetrail Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Vetrail. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
