What kind of Stripe key do I need?
A restricted key with Read permission for the resources you want to see. Create it in the Stripe Dashboard under Developers, API keys; the Connect screen in Revpulse links straight to that page. Test mode keys work as well.
Can Revpulse change anything in my Stripe account?
No. The app sends read requests only, and a read-only restricted key cannot create charges, issue refunds or edit settings.
Why does a screen say a permission is missing?
Your key has no read access to that part of your account. Edit the key in the Stripe Dashboard, set that resource to Read, then pull to refresh in Revpulse.
Why is my MRR a little different from Stripe's figure?
Revpulse works out MRR itself: it counts active and past due subscriptions, converts weekly and yearly plans to a monthly amount, subtracts coupons and leaves metered prices out. Revenue follows your balance transactions and the time zone set in your Stripe account, so small gaps against Stripe's own reports are normal.
Can I try Revpulse without a Stripe account?
Yes. Tap Explore with sample data on the Connect screen to open a fictional business with every screen and widget filled in.
How do account alerts work?
Alerts are part of Revpulse Pro and are off until you turn them on in Settings. Choose the event types you want and a minimum amount for payment alerts. They are generated on your iPhone, so they arrive when the app or its widgets refresh in the background.
How do I remove my key from this iPhone?
Open Settings in Revpulse and tap Delete all data, which erases the key, the cache and your preferences. Revoking the key in the Stripe Dashboard also ends access everywhere at once.
Is Revpulse made by Stripe?
No. Revpulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected], or tap Help and support in the app's Settings, which adds your device model and iOS version to the message for you.
How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Install the app, open the subscription screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
