Revpulse: MRR & Revenue Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Summary

Revpulse shows data from your own Stripe account. You connect it with a restricted, read-only API key, and the app requests your data straight from Stripe over HTTPS. Nothing passes through a server of ours, because Revpulse has none. The only other service the app talks to is RevenueCat, to check your subscription.

This policy covers the Revpulse: MRR & Revenue app for iPhone and iPad, published by mk0.net, an independent app studio. It is written from what the app actually does in its code. Questions: [email protected].

What we receive

Nothing. Revpulse has no server, no account system and no analytics, so we never receive your API key, your Stripe data or any details about your customers.

What stays on your device

  • Your Stripe API key, saved in the iOS Keychain on this device.
  • A cache of the data fetched from Stripe, such as payments, subscriptions, customers, invoices, payouts, balance and account events, kept in storage the app shares with its widgets on this device.
  • Your preferences, such as theme, widget style, revenue goal and alert choices.
  • Demo mode runs on a fictional sample business built into the app and never touches a real account.

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded to us.

Permissions the app may ask for

  • Notifications: Asked only when you turn on alerts. Each alert is created on your device from events the app reads from Stripe; no push server is involved.

Every permission is optional and can be changed later in the iPhone Settings app. Features that need a permission you decline simply stay unavailable.

Data that leaves your device

The app talks to the following services. Each receives only what is listed, and only for the purpose shown.

  • Stripe (reading your own Stripe account): Your restricted API key and read requests for your account data (payments, balance, subscriptions, customers, invoices, payouts, disputes, events and catalog). They go directly from your device to api.stripe.com when you open or refresh the app and during background refresh for widgets and alerts. The app only reads and never creates, changes or refunds anything. Their privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat (subscription management): Your App Store purchase receipt and an anonymous app user ID, when the app checks, starts or restores Revpulse Pro. None of your Stripe data is sent to RevenueCat. Payments themselves are handled by Apple through the App Store. Their privacy policy.

Your keys and passwords

You paste a Stripe restricted key with read permissions. It is stored only in the iOS Keychain on this device, where the Revpulse widgets can also read it to refresh, and it is sent only to api.stripe.com over HTTPS. It is never sent to us or to any other service. You can remove it in the app's Settings at any time, or revoke it in your Stripe Dashboard.

Sensitive information

Revpulse displays financial figures and details about your own customers, such as names, email addresses, countries and payment history. This information comes from your Stripe account, is cached only on your device and is never shared with us. Files you export as CSV or JSON are yours to keep or delete.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID, card or payment details. The app checks your subscription status through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID and your purchase status, not your identity.

Ads, tracking and analytics

No ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics SDK and no data sold.

Account

No Revpulse account and no sign-in. Real data needs your own Stripe account; demo mode works without one.

Children

Revpulse: MRR & Revenue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Delete all data in the app's Settings removes your API key, the cached Stripe data and your preferences from this device. You can export payments, subscriptions, customers and payouts as CSV, or everything as a JSON file, before you do. Deleting the app removes its cached data, but iOS can keep Keychain items after an app is removed, so use Delete all data first or revoke the key in your Stripe Dashboard to be sure it no longer works.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it. For anything else, or for data held by a service listed above, email [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date below before the change ships.
