Who Is Domain Checker Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Who Is Domain Checker app published by mk0.net. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, the Apple agreement wins for matters it covers.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

3. Your content

What you create or store in the app is yours. It stays on your device unless the app's privacy policy says otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and do not use it to infringe anyone's rights, to access systems you are not allowed to access, or to interfere with the services the app connects to.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or uninterrupted, or that results will be suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, mk0.net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
