What we receive

Nothing personal. The app downloads the public fair list from mk0.net with a plain request that carries no identifiers. Like any website, our server sees a standard connection (IP address) for that request.

What stays on your device

• The downloaded fair list is cached on this device so it works offline.
• Your fair notes, photos, checklists, budgets and business card are stored on this device.
• Contacts you meet at fairs (name, company, phone, email, notes) are stored on this device.

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded to us.

Permissions the app may ask for

• Calendar: Asked when you add a tracked fair to your calendar, so the app can create the event.
• Location: Asked when you open the map, to show where you are and how far each venue is. Your location is used on the device and not sent to us.
• Notifications: Asked when you track a fair, to remind you before it starts and send a weekly digest. They are created on your device.

Every permission is optional and can be changed later in the iPhone Settings app. Features that need a permission you decline simply stay unavailable.

Data that leaves your device

The app talks to the following services. Each receives only what is listed, and only for the purpose shown.

• mk0.net content API (downloading app content): Downloads the current list of trade fairs, compiled from public fair calendars. No personal data is sent.
• Apple Maps (showing maps): Shows fair venues on the map when you open the map screen. Their privacy policy.

Sensitive information

You may store contact details of people you met at fairs. They stay on this device and leave it only if you export them. Please only store details you are allowed to keep.

Ads, tracking and analytics

No ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data. The app contains no analytics SDK.

Account

No account needed. There is no sign-up and nothing to log in to.

Children

Turkiye Fuar Takvimi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Delete notes, contacts and budgets inside the app. Export CSV or PDF first if you want a copy. Deleting the app removes all of its data from this device. Events added to your calendar stay there until you delete them in the Calendar app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it. For anything else, or for data held by a service listed above, email [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date below before the change ships.
