How do I add a feed?
Tap add and paste a feed or site URL, or pick one from the built-in catalog.
Can I move my feeds from another reader?
Yes. Export an OPML file from your old reader and import it in Settings. OPML import and export need Premium.
Why does an article look broken in reader mode?
Some sites do not work well with reader mode. Open the article in the in-app browser instead.
Do you see what I read?
No. Feeds are fetched directly from publishers, and your reading data stays on your device.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open Simplio RSS Reader, go to Settings or the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
There is no iCloud sync. Your data lives only on this device. Export your feeds as OPML and import them on the new iPhone. Saved articles are not transferred.

How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
