Why does my iPhone not read a tag?
Hold the top edge of your iPhone close to the tag and keep it still for a moment. Some tag types, such as certain MIFARE Classic tags, cannot be read by iPhone.
Is writing tags free?
No. Reading is free, writing tags needs the subscription.
Does the app open links from tags automatically?
Only if you turn on auto-open, which is part of the subscription. Otherwise a link opens in your browser only when you tap it.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open NFC Reader Scanner Tool, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
NFC Reader Scanner Tool does not sync through iCloud, so your data does not move to a new phone by itself.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
