What we receive

Nothing personal. The app downloads the quote list from mk0.net with a plain request that carries no identifiers. Like any website, our server sees a standard connection (IP address) for that request.

What stays on your device

• Your favorite quotes, custom quotes, streak, reminder times and settings are stored on this device.
• Home Screen widgets read a small summary that the app shares with them on the same device.

• Notifications: Asked when you turn on daily quote reminders. They are created on your device.

No account needed. There is no sign-up and nothing to log in to.

Children

Motivana Daily Quotes is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Remove favorites and custom quotes inside the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data from this device. Images you saved to Photos stay there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it.
