Frequently asked questions
Does barcode scanning look up product details?
No. The scanner reads the code on your device and saves it with the item. You add the name and details yourself.
How do I create a report for my insurance?
Open reports and create the insurance pack PDF. You can share it by email or save it to Files. This is a subscription feature.
How do I move my inventory to a new iPhone?
There is no iCloud sync. Create a JSON backup in Settings, save it to Files, and restore it on the new iPhone.
I deleted an item by mistake. Can I get it back?
Check the trash in the app. Items stay there until you empty it.
How do I restore my subscription on a new or reset iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app's Settings screen or the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription comes back. Your app data does not, unless you restore a backup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose this app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I contact support?
Email us at [email protected]. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you are reporting a problem.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
