ADWize: AD Revenue Tracker Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Summary

ADWize needs you to sign in with Google so it can read your own AdSense and AdMob reports. Your reports are fetched directly from Google to your device and cached there. Your sign-in also creates an account record in Google Firebase Authentication, and the app includes the Firebase Analytics SDK.

This policy covers the ADWize: AD Revenue Tracker app for iPhone and iPad, published by mk0.net, an independent app studio. It is written from what the app actually does in its code. Questions: [email protected].

What we receive

We do not run our own servers for ADWize and we do not receive your revenue data. Your sign-in creates a user record (account ID, email address and name) in our Google Firebase Authentication project, which we can see in the Firebase console.

What stays on your device

  • Your downloaded revenue reports and settings are cached on this device.
  • Your Google sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on this device.
  • Widgets and the Live Activity read a revenue summary that the app shares with them on the same device.

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded to us.

Permissions the app may ask for

  • Notifications: Asked when you turn on reminders, to send your daily summary, tips, anomaly alerts and weekly digest. These are created on your device.

Every permission is optional and can be changed later in the iPhone Settings app. Features that need a permission you decline simply stay unavailable.

Data that leaves your device

The app talks to the following services. Each receives only what is listed, and only for the purpose shown.

  • Google Sign-In (signing in with your Google account): Used when you sign in. The app asks only for read-only access to AdSense and AdMob. Their privacy policy.
  • Google Firebase Authentication (sign-in): Your Google sign-in creates an account with your account ID, email address and name, so the app can keep you signed in. Their privacy policy.
  • Google AdSense and AdMob APIs (reading your own revenue reports): The app requests your AdSense accounts, reports, payments, alerts and policy issues, and your AdMob earnings, using your read-only Google authorization. This happens when you open the app, refresh, and during background refresh for widgets and notifications. Their privacy policy.
  • ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) (exchange rates): Downloads exchange rates for currency conversion. Only a currency code is requested. Their privacy policy.
  • Google Firebase Analytics (app usage analytics): The Firebase Analytics SDK is included in the app and may collect basic usage events and device information automatically. The app does not log custom events. Their privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat (subscription management): An anonymous purchase ID and your subscription status, when you view the paywall, subscribe, restore purchases, or when the app checks your subscription. When you are signed in, your Firebase account ID is used as the purchase ID. Your app content is never sent. Their privacy policy.

Your keys and passwords

Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on this device. They are sent only to Google, to fetch your reports and refresh your sign-in.

Sensitive information

Your ad revenue and payment figures are financial data. They travel directly between Google and your device and are not stored on any mk0.net server.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID, card or payment details. The app checks your subscription status through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID and your purchase status, not your identity.

Ads, tracking and analytics

No ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data. The app includes Google Firebase Analytics, which may collect basic usage and device information.

Account

A Google account with AdSense or AdMob access is required. Sign-in is used only to read your reports with read-only permissions.

Children

ADWize: AD Revenue Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account inside the app, which removes your Firebase account and the tokens stored on the device. You can also delete all local data, and export or back up first if you want a copy. Deleting the app removes its local data. You can remove ADWize's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account security settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it. For anything else, or for data held by a service listed above, email [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date below before the change ships.
